Sunflower

Warm yellow petals bloom in warm yellow sky.
Immerse in a field of brown-yellow poka dots.
Stems green skyscraper tall,
Hides the twinkling clouds -
The little crawling things can't see.
Can't see the roots stretch on their toes,
lean bodies arching all.....         the way
from a seedling dream to a budding hope.

Let me reach the stars.

Story Tellers

Before writers, stories were always told orally or physically through body gestures. The words envelope you in their arms and they seep through your taste buds. Stories were spread by the work of Story Tellers. If you don't have a story then you're not a story teller. If you don't write then you're not a writer.

How can you call yourself a writer if you don't write?

It's as simple as that.

Without stories, we won't have Story Tellers.
